ps my adv fit still deathtouchs..i get accused of hacking on my adv fit. just day bef yesterday i stunned a skilled player by taking down all his shields and leaving him with 1 armor on his rr commando just because he touched my beam for .01 secs he said he had over 400 shields was cal commando...i rarely use my viziam because it is insanely strong and i dont believe in proto stomping scrubs unless its for an event

The best I can do beyond 80, 90 meters is to sweep my aim back and forth, a little in front and then a little behind of my target because it's near impossible to make the fine adjustments needed at such ranges. Also, aim assist doesn't do jack sh*t. It's more like aim annoyance because it always seems to track people in groups which I'm not shooting at, so I'm left with a nearly overheated rifle that needs reloading and a bunch of people that have huge chunks of health missing. I can aim well under 80 meters, but then that's RR territory and those things hurt tremendously. They even hurt all the way beyond 90 meters, damn! Then you also got combat rifles and scrambler rifles that can push their hurt out to beyond 70 meters. And while those weapons experience no damage dropoff at close range, the laser rifle does. So while the laser rifle gets an extra 20 or 30 meters of optimal above other weapons, it dearly pays the price of having horrible aiming mechanics and damage falloff at close range which no other weapon has. What's your fit? i dont have a hard time aiming it ill trace your head with it at 120m...but ide lik to note the way the lr works...you really only have to touch them..i dunno how aa effects lr..i run without

But as a scout, I am always running around and in cqc situations so the LR will not work good for my game style. However, I did just recently start specing into amarr commando so I might give the LR another try. Gun control is not about guns...it's about control. Additionally the way you engage a foe depends on your suit type and as I use the Commando I like to be damaging them for most of the latter duration of my beam. her knowledge her knowledge :) i really hope i see you running lr for the event true would make my day to duel you running the amar assault that last 20 rounds can ammount to a few kills all on its own..for example your firing ona heavy you killed him you see a guy maybe 30m to his right still firing you swing your beam on him..(your now in your last rounds on the assault) the beam touchs him bam hes dead i almost always get a kill in the first 60 rounds of my beam and i always get a kill in the last 20.. at max ive squeezed 9 kills into a single beam post 1.7
