Regardless of how I answer your question, you are either going to crow and make more sweeping generalisations about the entirety of DNS being exploiters or claim that I am wrong, despite your own question being fundamentally flawed and being based off false information.

None of the constituent groups of DNS advocated district locking. None. Zero. Nobody.

Corporations that existed prior to joining DNS used district locking because there was a situation where it was available to everyone, and choosing not to do it left you at a major disadvantage economically and militarily. It's not just DNS that did this, it is quite literally every single faction that was a part of PC at the time and not on PFC. We have never liked district locking, but have accepted it is part of the current game. Damn near all of us would love to see it removed.
