But if it doesnt then what? Its not like im proposing a 25% heat reduction buff, its only 10-15% PLUS, you are a SKILLED SCR user, you need to think of the ''not so skilled'' players. An innate bonus would make it so the ScR would be as effective on any and all suits, keeping the bonus on the Amarr Assault means that you have to skill into the Assault ak.0 for the ScR to be as effective as it can be; which is what greatly affected my decision in choosing the suit There is no point in using the assault ak.0 if other suits can use the ScR as effectively as the ak.0 can The Sinwarden

But the single shots on the charge variant should be higher. I used this as my one of my mains during the war. It's too few shots when you're outnumbered and cornered. The main reason I specced into Amarr Assault (level 3) was for the SCR bonus, and I took it to level 5 to buff my Templar suit once it was released. Since then, I have taken to using the CR most of the time, so I guess it doesn't really make a difference to me.
