Yeah.
CCP thinks is the best of ideas to remove the 5% reduction in Heat buildup bonus for a miserable 5% armor repair module efficiency per level.

Again, any bonus that involves Modules, unless it reaches a 100% efficiency or something, DOES NOT WORK on the Assault suit with LESS SLOTS.

I want to say no to give the Pistol a standing chance.
I mean modded controllers with proto amarr are already a pretty big thorn. I honestly think that at level one, the scrambler rifle heat build up is fair.

I see more people abusing combat rifles than scrambler rifles. It's crazy when my rail rifle gets out DPS'ed at 70 meters from an advanced burst CR. |

Modded controller is a problem CCP needs to Fix. BUT ITS NOT a balancing issue.
So because some dudes cant use the SCR without Modded controllers? regular DS3 players need to suffer?
