What roles have you played?
I would also suggest making a thread in The CouncilGÇÖs Chamber forum, then cross linking the two threads. On General Discussion you get more attention, but on The CouncilGÇÖs Chamber your thread wont descend into the back pages so quickly, which will make it easier to find.
Hand/Eye coordination cannot be taught. For everything else, there is the Learning Coalition.

General Infantry - Amarr Assault, Amarr Sentinel, Caldari Assault, Gallente Assault
Logistics Role - Amarr Logi, Caldari Logi
Scout - Gallente Scout
Tanker - Sica, Gunnlogi, Madrugar
Sniper - Amarr and Caldari suits
AV - Amarr Sentinel
Heavy - Amarr Heavy
Weapons I have used....
SCR - Proto
Shotguns - Proto
AR - Proto
RR - Proto
ScP - Proto
LR - Proto
Sniper Rifles - IV
Swarm Launcher - I
Plasma Cannon - III
Flaylock - III
Nova Knives - III
CR - IV
Forge Gun - I
HMG - I
I have used all of the above weapons extensively and listed the SP amounts I have invested in each, they are also in order from most used to least used by myself.
I have also created a thread in "The Council's Chamber."
**EDIT** Forgot to include Swarm Launcher, and my AV suit.

It may just be me, but I think a C'tarl C'tarl might be a little too temperamental for the position of CPM1.
Mama always had a way of explaining things so I could understand them.

I also included a list of my flaws as well a few posts up, I want people to see that as well.
