[Little thing: Dropsuit restructuring (Not exactly little, but I think it could be done in a month or two)]
Militia (MLT) and standard (STD) should be the only dropsuit tiers. There should be no avanced (ADV) or prototype (PRO) tiers. Too many tiers create imbalance, makes pub-stomping way too easy, which ultimately hurt player retention. Stop waiting for matchmaking to fix everything.
Make militia dropsuits equivalent to the current ADV basic frame dropsuits. They should retain the same ISK cost as MLT suits.
Standard basic frames should be the equivalent of the current PRO basic frames. Should cost the same as the current STD suits.
The operation skills for basic frames need to give some kind of bonus to justify having 5 levels since specializations are unlocked at level 3. This bonus should also apply to all dropsuit specialization in that racial frame size.
Some of you may be thinking "without tiers, why would I spend SP on dropsuits?", the answer is to unlock specializations, and skill bonuses. Specializations should be a bit more expensive than the basic frame counterparts, but not by much since they aren't meant to be better, just more specialized at one particular area. Tiercided specialized suits (like assault or logistics) should be equivalent to the current PRO specialized suits.
As part of the dropsuit restructuring, bonuses should be reexamined and changed. Bonuses should emphasize the role and purpose of the suit, it should not be something random like the current way things are. For example, the Caldari assault should have a bonus to railgun-based weapons, not a shield extender HP bonus, HP bonuses belong on a heavy. Likewise, a logi should have bonuses to equipment.
Assault bonuses:5% PG/CPU reduction in damage mods per level. Assaults are about offense, weapons should be emphasized.
Amarr bonus: 5% heat buildup reduction per lv for laser weaponry. I love this bonus, no need for changing.
Caldari bonus: 3% effective range increase of railgun weapons per lv; good for sniper, rail rifle, bolt pistol (SoonGäó), & magsec SMG(SoonGäó).
Gallente bonus: 1% damage increase of plasma weapons per lv; AR, shotgun, plasma cannon, ion pistol (SoonGäó).
Minmatar bonus: 5% increase in magazine size per lv for projectile & Minmatar explosive weapons; SMG, flaylock, MD, & Combat rifle.
Logistics bonus: 5% reduction of PG/CPU of equipment per lv.
Am bonus: 5% drop uplink maximum spawns & reduction of uplink spawn times per lv.
Cal bonus: 5% nanohive resupply rate.
Gal bonus: 5% range of active scanner per level.
Min bonus: 5% repair tool range per level.
Scout bonus: 5% profile dampening per lv. No need to change that.
Am (SoonGäó) bonus: 5% increase in stamina per level.
Cal (SoonGäó) bonus: 5% efficacy to profile dampeners, precision enhancers, & range amplifiers per lv.
Gal bonus: 10% range increase per lv of passive scan.
Min bonus: 5% increase in hacking speed per level. It does not make sense for the Min to have a bonus to Caldari knives; even the bonus will get changed to be for the upcoming Minmatar melee weapon (SoonGäó), it would still be odd that it would be the only melee weapon with a suit bonus to augment it.
Sentinel bonus: 3% resistance to light weapons per lv; this is to emphasize the defensive nature of sentinels. The previous bonus to feedback damage reduction would only be useful for the upcoming heavy Amarr weapon, & would be useless to a player who is good enough to avoid overheating (basically punishing skill).
Am bonus: 3% per lv more armor plate HP.
Cal (SoonGäó) bonus: 5% shield recharge rate per lv.
Gal (SoonGäó) bonus: 10% armor repairer efficacy rate per lv.
Min (SoonGäó) bonus: 5% more heavy weapon reload speed per lv.
Commando bonus: 5% reduction of PG/CPU costs of light weapons per lv.
Am bonus: 5% reload speed of laser light weapons per lv. Perfect for laser rifle & scrambler rifle combo. The previous bonus was good for tanking, but commandos aren't meant for tanking,
Cal (SoonGäó) bonus: 5% reload speed of railgun and missile light weapons per lv. Perfect for any combo of 2 of the following weapons: swarm launcher, sniper rifle, & rail rifle.
Gal (SoonGäó) bonus: 5% reload speed of plasma weapons per lv. Perfect for any combo of 2 of the following weapons: shotgun, assault rifle rifle, & plasma cannon.
Min (SoonGäó) bonus: 5% reload speed of Minmatar explosive & projectile light weapons per lv. Perfect for combat rifle & mass driver combo.

A little thing: As a dedicated logibro, I'd love color coded nanohives to denote healing, ammo and combo hives. I'd also like refined repair tool control and lock on. Also smoke bomb or flash rounds for the MD or the bouncing rounds that CCP Remnant mentioned in FF13 AtC Q&A.
Something you would like to see in 2014: I'd like to see PvE content via rouge drones. I also want to see the weapons lab, corp training facilities, fleshed out racial variants to all gear, new maps and skyboxes. Late 2014 can bring jet planes and hover bikes.
Your future vision: Full on ELECTRONIC WARFARE! As I sat there watching Advancing the Core at FF2013, CCP Remnant started talking about this and by the term alone I was immediately intrigued. What he laid out was what I saw as the next level of warfare that will build upon infantry and vehicles.
Situational awareness is going to become an ever increasing contribution to the outcome of battles. Remnant went on to elaborate about scanners picking up frame size, some kind of ability to to scramble the enemies mini/overhead map and turn off voice comms.
Already, if you are in a squad without a scanner, you are at a huge disadvantage but the cries of it being OP are not valid, people just need to adapt and accommodate these things in their squads. If people don't like being scanned, wait till they are rendered completely deaf and blind electronically. 
The upcoming cloak coming (namely to scouts) is an exciting prospect for me and all of the racial bonuses that Remnant outlined in his recent blog are awesome, especially reduced scan profile and increased scan range.
Hacking will also grow in the future I'd expect. Hopefully the power of the PS4 will enable CCP to consider some kind of AI drones, that would act similar to KZ3 drones. Those could perhaps be hacked and converted to the eWarrior's control. Or the deployable (and fittable) turrets that have been brought up? What kind of hacking mechanics are possible I can#t imagine.
I like to think as eWar as the mage/wizard class of DUST, if assault is warrior and logistics healer (and heavy the tank oc :D). |

I love this guys events. Completely selfless (aside from the huge reputation hes growing himself) and fun to participate in. To the first place winner, your pretty lucky man! I won a set of Templar codes in the last event and my god those things are pretty fricken awesome! I use the Templar SR and assault suit all of the time! Saves me a crap ton of isk. You should use it well too.
Other then that, Castor, great job with this event again! I still cant believe you have the patience to read AND grade each of the posts! You keep that up and im sure you'll go somewhere far in this community!
