Small claims court and UK/EU consumer representation means I don't have to pay a thing, even if the claim is unsuccessful. At the very least CCPs underhand tactics and deceitful business practices are brought to the attention of the authorities.

"Can change at anytime"
That's in the EULA. I know it is. There's no way you can compete against that. Once they bring that up in the courtroom, your case is a toasted marshmellow.
You might be upset but threats mean nothing. That's what you're doing, throwing out threats.

You obtained Aurum. You used the Aurum to purchase something else. The item you bought, with Aurum, is being removed, so the Aurum is being refunded. You have no claim to the money you originally spent, because you bought Aurum with it and the Aurum still exists.

I would love to see this happen. See what you fail to realize is when you dispute a charge on your CC, they send a letter to the company to provide proof you did the transaction and that they delivered what you requested, when they do so your charge back will be refused.

Technically it costs him next to nothing since he's using the UK civil court system. But I feel sorry for the British taxpayers who have to cover for it.

WE British tax payers pay -ú53 million a DAY to some undemocraticly elected council in Brussels simply for the privilege of being UNABLE to govern our own country, close our borders, deport foreign criminals and terrorists, and house illegal immigrants. So you want to add to the problem of wasteful spending of your county's resources by going through with this stupid civil case?
Also, don't think your government is the only one wastefully spending. We Americans pay our senators and representatives **** loads of money in healthcare coverage, lifetime pensions, and six figure salaries just for serving two years in Congress while people like me have to work all our lives working on minimum wage and be given only one week vacation a year and we have to pay our own healthcare.
And finally, when are you going to answer my question? You seem to have plenty of time to react to my post about british tax payers but don't seem bothered to answer the question.
