Since no one bought ANYTHING directly in game with cash, you bought Aurum, which then you used AT YOUR DISCRETION to buy whatever in game items, you can keep dreaming about ANY refund.
It kills me that you idiots think CCP is going to placate your whimsical demands. First off no one forced you to spend the money, nor did they promise anything in the process. You were given the exact amount of AUR you purchased and therefore they held up that agreement. How you spend it is not their concern.
Don't like a change in game.. quit. Otherwise STFU and go QQ elsewhere. |

Don't like a change in game.. quit. Otherwise STFU and go QQ elsewhere. Actually, that's not true. Many of the various packs came with exclusive BPOs that only come from buying those packs, not the AUR. As far as I know, those BPOs are here to stay, but if they are ever removed then CCP will have an interesting situation on their hands.
If you bothered to read the EULA nothing is set in stone. True in ANY game.
CCP has nothing to concern with, other than a bunch of self entitled cry babies wasting their time. Which is an easy fix by banning their IP address from the server side. |

All this BS about legal action and ****, stop playing. aur is useless not like there are any bpos on the market and most vets have enough sp to where boosters mean nothing ?? So u want the useless BPO's?? People are so short sighted, its like they don't realise new AUR items will be added in the future. EDIT: I bet those QQ'ing about all this BS didn't even buy the stuff, their parents did, in which case you have nothing to say. Speak to your Mom. Your as ignorant as the rest of em! It's not the money, it's the principal! I paid for PERMANENT items, I expect to have PERMANENT items. How in the fk would my bpo's be worthless in 1.7? Are vehicle NOT going to have shields/PG? That's what they are taking.
No you PAID for an item that does not consume on use. Hence the term permanent. NOT that it would never be changed. Perhaps if you bothered yourself to read the ToS and EULA on a game you would see you have NO RECOURSE!
They have the right to change things as they go, hell what about payment for my time I put into my character only to have them change it. I should sue them too. Hell if we all tried to sue them over the stuff they changed since Closed Beta we would all be too busy to play the damn game.
Grow up, Get over it, Move on. Your getting in game Aur refunded for your BPO's. What more do you want. |

I will settle for nothing less then a full cash refund. $120 Ill go to small claims court if I have to. Good luck fighting Sony . You should give us updates too. FK Sony to! I went right to the top! It's called a charge back! As soon as they are removed, REFUND!
I would love to see this happen. See what you fail to realize is when you dispute a charge on your CC, they send a letter to the company to provide proof you did the transaction and that they delivered what you requested, when they do so your charge back will be refused.
Have fun... |
