Having contacted various consumer rights groups via email, including one national citizens advice bureau, I have received no less than 4 responses in just over 24 hours. The responses were all similar and quite reasonable, and all suggested that I give consideration to making a claim if I am still not satisfied when the change happens.
They each suggested that I try to resolve the issue between myself and CCP to find some middle ground and come to a reimbursement solution that both parties (me and CCP) agree upon. 3/4 of the responses agreed that any reimbursement should be agreed upon with myself being consulted, not simply TOLD what to accept.
With this in mind, I have decided on what I want to request from CCP as middle ground.
To any CCP Devs reading this, I am willing to reach a settlement on this dispute by receiving a Master Recruiter CII Dropsuit before or as 1.7 drops. That is my price CCP, I suggest you consider it before this goes any further.

1) Which of these Consumer Rights groups has taken the time to review CCP's EULA and/or Terms of Service?
2) What specific feedback has your legal counsel offered after reviewing CCP's EULA and/or Terms of Service?
3) Did you take the time to review CCP's Terms prior to playing Dust? If so, did you agree to said Terms?
4) Were you under duress or suffering impaired judgement when you acknowledged and accepted said Terms?
5) Apart from being butthurt, what specific damages are you claiming as result of alleged Breach of Contract?

If you go astray of a country's rights and regulations EULA means absolutely nothing. They're only enforceable as long as they stay within their own bounds. If a country should deem those bounds to be breached, the EULA is then Null and Void.

But only if such a conclusion is reached. EULA's do not make companies "Magically Immune" to customer abuse.
