Vehicle respec ( partial ) is good news. Never was against vehicle respec,,just against constant screams of respec by ground troops. Hopefully dropships r a little tougher too. Btw,,is the vehicle sp refund going to be automatic or is it upon request ( submit ticket?? ) |

Just out of curiosity, are you ever planning to reinstate the modules that you are taking the BPOs of away? If so, could it be better just to take the BPOs away from us now, and give them back when you bring them back? I'm fine either way, I just don't understand why you chose to do it like this.

Well, I'm kind of torn. On one hand I am happy that my vehicle alt will get a full respec. On the other hand I was reeeeeeeeally hoping for a full respec. Leave it to CCP to muck everything up with this half-respec nonsense. As others have stated, I specced into other things when my vehicle skill tree was where I wanted it to be. Namely, the ... swarm launcher. *facepalm* Actually the only SP I spent out of vehicles was on proto swarms. Oh well.

I have a nice missile maddy that I'd like to trade in for a nicer missile gunni but I don't have enough SP in vehicles to do it with the new tree. that is if I only get back what I have invested in vehicles, however if I could dip into the useless scout's sp sink I could afford it.

They can't do this. If pilots got their infantry SP back as well and dedicated infantry didn't, the (former) pilots would be able to put all their SP into an optimum infantry fitting.

Players who are dropping vehicle will spec into current competitive infantry gear. Avers(swarmers) will have wasted SP.
The tank stomps will get worse since it will take 3 players to down a tank now. Annnd Lasers will once again suck.......

Oh .. not counting the over 1.5 million sp that will be returned to me... that means .. the new weapons that r coming . which ever is better . I will have level 5 operation . and at least level 3 proficiency ... instantly ... hahahaha!
