I did. Scrub? Nah, at least I ain't in a starter corp. We got 0.3s faster firing, but lost 2 shots per clip. Seems like a nerf to the lone AV'er to me. Used to fire 5 then reload, now it's 3 then a 4.5s reload. Of course it's a slight buff to av teams, but all vehicle pilots always complain about 1 guy killing em.

By the way, I run Pythons, (bad) gunloggi's and scout suits. When I complain about swarm nerf, it's only to correct people, I kinda like it.

It now takes 14.7 seconds to shoot 6 times with Swarm (reload included), it used to take 16 seconds to shoot 5.
It would take 12.6 seconds to shoot 6 times if the skill was working.

EDIT: Actually my calculations were a little bit off. The numbers are 14.4, 14 and 12.3.
Still, it is now 14.4 for 6, used to be 14 for 5, and it could be 12.3 for 6 (but it's not).
And if you want more info, it used to be 19.2 or something like that to shoot 6. So yeah, keep crying about the reload time.
