No. Any basic assault suit can still take more damage then a logi and is faster.

Assaults have more shield and armor and faster speed. Also only the Amarr logi carries a side arm.

Logi shotgunner Logi ARs Logi mass drivers (the most anoying ones) Logi sniper , Logi tank , Logi dual SMGs , Logi dual scram pistol . Logi everything .

My point is : Does the LOGI suit have a role is it just an ASSAULT 2.0 .
All suits proto with highlighted advantages / superiorities :

Cal Assault - 300 CPU 60 PG = 4high 3 low
Cal Logi - 350 CPU 78 PG = 5 high 4 low

Gallente Assault - 300 CPU 60 PG = 3high 4 low
Gallente Logi - 390 CPU 78 PG = 3 high 5 low

Amarr Assault - 350 CPU 78 PG = 3high 3 low
Amarr Logi -390 CPU 72 PG = 3high 4 low

ofcourse no need to point out the additional equipment slots and the passive armor rep on all logistics suits ...

Basicly only the Amarr Assault has one advantage in one stat over the logistics version , but that quickly is diminished by the passive armor rep and passive for MORE armor rep efficacy and the obvious superiority in every other stat (CPU and slots)

And if you add to all those stats Core skills 5 the margin becomes even greater ... Basicly with the Core skill bonuses you can have HALF a suit more with the LOGI

Yea Logistics suits = Assault 2.0 and that's that for now

A suits if fitted right work better at assault then logi, just like if a logi is properly fitted his/her survivability is increased drastically.

Maybe because the people playing logi (support or not) are just better than the stale, typical, played out assault role that is the most prominent in every FPS game ever made? You are just sheep, sheep are only better than other sheep.
