well, what i really mean is that: full proto AR/Scrambler vs Mass driver on medium/short ranges mass drivers has more chance to win, many more. First off it force AR/scrambler to hip fire (because if you aim and a mass driver hits you it offset your weapon) and strafing much more (because of blast radius), while MD user can strafe/run much more without having to aim too precisely. It is manageable to beat a basic/advanced MD user, but it's definitely much harder to beat a proto/proficiency MD. Compared to all other guns, it looks OP to me.
