A stuck report option is a cool idea so we know where the problem spots are, I will mention that to the team. You can however choose the suicide option from the neocom in battle by opening the map then L1 (Neocom) -> Battle -> Suicide.

Depends on the swarm lanucher. Some of them as a "dumb fire" mode. Check the descriptions because not all the models have this feature.

If you assigned the other guy the director role try dropping that, waiting 24 hours and then assign them CEO. We will be investigating this further tomorrow but that may be a workaround.
