Anyway, I would like to just point out that you cannot use this KBM set with the Official PS3 Stereo Headset, the signals interfere with each other causing the KBM to be unresponsive. The audio in the headset remains stable, but the KBM has severe issues.
I tested this rather thoroughly, turning the KBM on/off to try and switch channels didn't have any effect, however as soon as I turned off the headset's power, the KBM set became 100% responsive.
This KBM set is a no-go for anyone using this headset. |

The fragFx shark does work, and tracks great, but sensitivity is soooooooooo slow. I tried adjusting sensitivity everywhere, dead zone, I even tried putting up the sensitivity for PSmove. Nothing works. |

My ancient Logitech MX1000 mouse works perfectly as does my Asus USB keyboard, although volume slider and special functions won't work which is to be expected with PS3.

Why would you want to use a mouse then? It takes like 20 sweeps to do one 360. |

Did you disable mouse smoothing? Having that enabled essentially nullifies any adjustments made in the sensitivity settings. |

Somehow I find KB/M combo not very good in CQC types of fights, low turning speed is a bummer. Best would be for in middle range types maps. Besides game doesnt work without controller in slot 1 so you need one active in order to play KBM anyway. Permanently switching between the two. |

Why would you want to use a mouse then? It takes like 20 sweeps to do one 360. Precision. Also, try sweeping slower, if you find the speed where the hardcap starts, you can do a 180 in only one or two sweeps. However the cap does need to be majorly increased. |

I've just bought the Steel Series Sensei and am having some trouble with this mouse. Specifically, the right hand side buttons (designated 6 and 7) would freeze the mouse input when pressed. That is, press either button during the game (including in the Merc Quarters) and the game stops receiving any further input from the mouse (ie no movement or buttons detected). This is regardless of me setting either a key or text macro for the buttons, or even disabling the keys in the Engine config software. Even reversing left-right buttons don't help; its always the No. 6 and 7 buttons that gives the problem. The other buttons are fine. The only solution I've so far is to unplug and replug back into the PS3, which is pretty inconvenient in the middle of a firefight, as you can imagine :(
Have any of you encountered this problem and how did you overcome it if you'd done so? I'm kinda disappointed as this mouse is pretty above average priced and the mouse "dies" every time my overly clumsy right little finger touches it.
The second thing is I've set a pretty high CPI for the mouse, but yet I see no difference in the turning speed. I suppose this is hard capped by the game? Just wondering if you'd felt a difference.

@Carl von Oppenheimer: Might i ask you to be a bit more specific about the Asus Keyboard? There seem to be more than one model.
Also can anyone please tell me if there is a difference between the Saitek Cyborg R.A.T 7 and the Saitek Cyborg R.A.T 7 Call of Duty edition? Because if there is no difference i might need to "merge" both into the "working with problems" category...

Microsoft/Razer Reclusa Keyboard and Razer DeathAdder mouse both seem to be working fine.
The only problem I have with the game that rarely happens with the controller is that the screen freezes while i'm turning and once it unfreezes I have no idea where I'm looking at. |

The model I have doesn't seem to be in production any more (just checked); it was shipped with my friend's old computer. My friend was going to throw away that keyboard but I asked him to give it to me for testing with dust, so while the keyb works none of it's special functions (volume sliders, and application buttons) don't since they would require a hardware driver I presume.
I'm not at home atm. so I'll edit this post with the model once I get back home. |

cordless Logitech M305 mouse - has issues while right click aiming with the Swarm Launcher
when you go in the aiming mode where u would then lock on your target, it flickers in and out of that mode and takes a bit of right clicking to fix it
Sprinting Problems: various dell keyboard in order to sprint you have to press W for a second and then press D and hold it once u are holding W and D you can successfully press Shift and you will then sprint
if you dont do the above directions pressing just W and then Shift, your character goes in to a stoped state and then u hold it it moves extremely slow as if your gliching your character to move forward but extrem extremely slowly
note tried using 2 dell P2 Connector keyboards using a p2 -> usb converter |

I just used LOGITECH MK260 WIRELESS DESKTOP seems to work fine, but I find it makes big jumps when aiming with the mouse.
Could it have something to do with the fps? Or maybe the sensitivity is set too high? |

Dell basic keyboard (RT7D50) works fine in combat, but has errors when typing mail and using the shift key, which produces a combination of upper and lower-case versions of the key pressed in combination with shift. |
