Ultimately it's the beta. I'll stomach idiocy. If this goes live and CCP doesn't deal with exploiters I won't play and more importantly, as I will be an AUR user, I won't pay. This is not to suggest I, alone, matter to the success of this game. It does suggest that there are many of a like mind with me on this.
Read what is posted by the WARRIOR members. The enjoy when people are upset. This is the very definition of griefers. Therefore when this goes live, if people quit and the game fails, they won't care. They enjoy causing grief. This may be a beta, but there is a difference between beta testing and exploiting a game to the detriment of your fellow testers.
If CCP isn't willing to address this here and now it gives them impression that it's unlikely they are going to be on top of things when the game goes live. I have high expectations for this game, but things like this can kill them. Regardless, enjoy it while you can, I'm looking forward to the day CCP cracks down on exploits and you or the day this game is dead because of people like you. |
