Loyalty ranks are just a pointless aur-meter and since they are like that it's probably better to stay like they are now. If they turn it into a lore based ranking system, than they should change their meter and actually RANK a merc.

Generally FPS give the player more freedom in his movements, going prone, jump over railings, etc.. Dust has only strafe.
