Things have to work both numerically and pratically. An item is an item, it's not stronger in PC or in PUB. PC meta is rather simple and not based on actually having fun, spawn, scans, camp, lots of HP. Pub meta is more variable and troll fits app...

This idea is already in the air from a decent time, i think it's time to put it in game. Plus, i don't know why sentinels have 3 bonus different bonus set: heavy weapons fit reduction, splash resistance and racial bonus.
