The most annoying server to play in?
I decided to play in Europe this past few weeks because the games there (for me at least) are more fun and tactical. Occasional lag here and there but nothing annoying.
I switched back to America and all I get are scrubs running around with Shotgun scouts spamming them all over the place, CRU camping and just plain out annoyance.
I would switch back to Europe but the player base also seems smaller in Europe than in America.
Changes to Damage mods!

I can agree with all of your annoyances except one.
Reddots dumb enough to spawn on a CRU that they know is camped are more annoying to me than the ones camping the CRU (especially with the recent improvements to CRU scanning values).
The ones camping the CRU are doing both teams a service, they are helping to clone the enemy for their bluedots and they are punishing idiocy among the reddots.
CRU camping is a net gain for all involved.
It is not an annoyance, nay, it is something that should be encouraged.
Purge the Idiot.
Amarr/Minmatar vehicles are OP (especially Minmatar speed tanks)
^The reason why CCP is afraid to release them

Why oh why would someone in south east US have a better connection to the European server???

Just to point out...i think the large influx fo South American players has shifted the feel of the play on the American server. Not necessarily bad or worse...they just have a different style to them.

all I see on EU are shotgun/RE spamming scrubs, tryhards willing to lose 10 proto suits in one game,
whole teams roof camping

We go for the highest murder-efficiency quotient, if it kills you dead, fast, we'll use it.

True, the American server always feels a bit laggy. It's never Dust Brazil laggy, so I normally don't complain about it much.
