It sucks sitting with your RE trigger up looking at a tank and Not knowing where his health is. Could you add a Reticle to the trigger for Intel (range find, health info, etc)?

Currently, either the reverse stacking penalty, or rounding up is present which means a medium frame needs 2c instead of 1c+1e to avoid 28db scanners. This has been confirmed numerous times. I hope it's fixed in 1.8.
