If it takes any longer than 5 minutes to create, donate, delete and transfer the isk, you could do it faster in ambush matches with militia suits. And as a plus to that you get to play the game while you do it

So even if you couldn't fix the dropship in mid-air, they should at least increase the HP and shield regen rate on shield dropships, and just a larger HP bonus to armor. But I don't see a problem with allowing heavies to shoot from the dropship, ...
