I think the SP cost is one of the main reason for LAV spam. In the open beta it was much easier to avoid LAV's. Didnt even need catalyzers.

These exploits are known, and they still exist, and I would never take advantage. They haven't been fixed yet so they must be ok. If a player does it and benefits from it, its reported and proven why don't the devs remove kills and isk earned....
