omg, no one play on gamepad with SMG, shotguns and etc? its still terrible sensitivity with SMGs and shotguns in aiming mode CCP, try it, just try to aim running around you enemy in zoomed mode with SMG.

shotguns in aiming mode have same problem as SMG :( with sensitivity 100% is impossible to follow target in close range in zoomed mode.
