Explosive damage should be reduced a bit overall to make it a bit more fair to armor users who die incredibly fast against MD/FL/Grenades. Anti-shield stuff is hard to kill their armor in the end after their shields go down.

I was actually hopping on here to compare AR to sniper rifle for damage. Was in a heavy with 800+ hp. Got hit three times by sniper losing only half hp in 3-5 seconds. AR guy at bottom of hill with a GEK runs my full armor out in 2 seconds, if not...

I kind of like it and it would solve the passive skill bonus not working problem for assault scramblers, but I think it would be more or less like the normal scrambler except it will require you to hold the spray on a target.
