If you have Scout and Dampening at level 3 your profile is 35.55 dB if you use a scout suit (base is 45 dB). So, if you add a basic dampener and increase the Dampening skill to level 4, is your profile then 27.9 dB? (15+8+15 = 38 > 45*0.62 = 27.9)
