heh, i was wondering about that myself....Im running a ricochet enhanced light damage modifier and a militia light damage modifier with the tactical AR....completely love it. its not too good in a firefight with more than 3 on 1 due to the low mag...

sure if i run around in a militia or starter fit i can gain some massive isk because im not spending it to restock my fittings. But if i run militia im not doing good enough to gain any sp. today i got about 9000 sp, on average. and roughly 100k ...
