actually, 3% is decent because it goes up 3% every level...so you get to level five you've got 15 percet regen rate. But i will agree that its not working as it should, i only have a couple of fits with armor repairs and they only heal at like 3hp...

wait, so if im thinking right the BPO's are blue print originals...so the BPC's are Blue Print Copies....whats the difference in copies than some of the gear we run now like regular dropsuits....The BPO's are the dropsuits that never deplete, like...

If you load into the war barge and get dc'd if you actually wait awhile you can see people moving around still and it will actually load you into a match, if you never hit ok, you can literally sit there and watch the game if it wasn't for the not...
