i have the same problem, many times i've seen grenades thrown by myself and enemies that never explode, same with the mass driver, i can fire and fire and nothing happen but yet the guy across from me using a mass driver is tearing me up.

Why complain, its all the same. if you have a buffed out tank that cost half a mil ISK and are totally desimating the opposition your doing good you wont complain. same as if you have a dropsuit that cost a **** load of ISK you dont complain cuz ...
