Strafing speed isn't the only one factor for higher skill level requirement. As for console FPS, strafing shouldn't be the factor for skill level requirement. And I don't care how slow/fast CoD is.

Sniping can guarantee decent amount of ISK/SP even in losing team while other activities can't. The problem here is that sniping provide good amount of WP while not taking you any closer to victory. Also, kills itself gives you more ISKs than cap...
