We have a democracy, regardless of how corrupt. We have a federation. We get the best or atleast2nd best quarters. Gallente citizens might not be 100% free, but that's why there are laws... With regards "full disclosure" it's one of those things...

Cloud what's the speed of each tank? I think it's another very important factor. People have said shield is faster but I've never checked Soma speed. Sica is 24mps
