I take back what I said earlier. There's no point in running anything other than blueprints. This in combination of 2/3rd of your squad not making into battle and running with randoms makes it unplayable.

I guess the main argument to this would be "if its so easy to kill then more SP and more skill should still have a huge advantage". I'll agree that it needs to be turned down a bit, but like others have said its not game breaking.
