Take away the resistance to explosives. Being able to spam MD wherever they are held up would do wonders. I was very surprised when I used my MD in a couple of PCs at how impossible it is to finish off heavies who are being repped. Like 10% armor...

I ran into the redline and NK'd 6 dudes hiding in a corner and didn't get hate mail. In that match I probably killed 20 of my 25 or so kills inside of the enemy red line. I'm not sure what else you have to do to get hate mail.
