I am still confused then why it would help. I was thinking at level 5 there is a zero percent chance of taking damage to armor if I had 25% shields or less. I am an armor man so I don't use that skill but I have thought about training it.

They out range every light weapon except the sniper rifle, the sights are the biggest problem. I have made some good kills with them because over confident people think they are a joke but the are a good weapon that is too hard to aim. 10-15 more ...

I think the ROF would be a good start, but I think the range of the LR needs a buff more than the range of the TAC needs a nerf. The problems I have with the TAC are all about the range, the LR has better range but the iron sights make it too diff...
