That seems like a great idea, Varjac! Maybe to further reduce the amount of abuse, only one rating per account is allowed for items. But you can still change the rating to correct errors in judgement.

I think you guys are misinformed. The new Gallente, Caldari, and Minmatar HEAVY frames will be coming in 1.8. The current logi and assault suits will most likely only get tweaks to their stats.
