This module would add precious seconds onto your bleed out timer,by controlling blood flow.
For those times when reps aren't there and a rez is a second too late.
And for those that hate losing expensive fits.
E.g.
MLT-3 seconds
Proto-10 seconds
Values are able to be changed these are just examples. |

I feel like Cardiac Stabilizer is a better name for it. Stopping blood flow is completely different than controlling it.

I don't know if it should be a full-fledged module, but something like this would be interesting to say the least.
What's the difference between an immobile Minmatar ship and a pile of garbage?
The pile of garbage looks nicer.

While reading this, I just thought of a terrible idea (Not to say this one is terrible).
What if you could take off your dropsuit/weapons mid-clone? Your survivability would be literally 10 "hull" (The reason that we can live with 0 armor is because we have about ~5 hull health), but you'd have a huge speed increase, and all of your scanning stats are reduced to 0 (Meaning you can't scan, but you also cant be scanned), and you could only carry a sidearm and ONE equipment (If you had K2 Hives, you could only drop 1 before needing to restock).

I hope this doesn't seem too much like Call of Duty but maybe this module can also have a 10% chance of giving players the ability to pull out their sidearm (if it's included in their fitting) while downed and shoot enemies as a last stand before having to respawn. Or they can slowly crawl to safety so someone can revive them.
