The K/D ratio might not make things better. The issues you are experiencing may be caused by saboteurs trying to make the Caldari lose since they have the majority of districts in faction warfare.

But if skins gave a performance boost, players would forced to choose between stats and visual appearance. A skin that increases melee damage but has a color scheme you don't want would not be worth it.

I'm also reporting about not being able to highlight certain dropsuits fittings in the progression menu. Also, the progression for Minmatar medium dropsuits seems to be longer than for other dropsuits. Is this intended?

If CCP ever thinks about doing something to ensure a downed player's survival after being revived, I would recommend doing damage resistance first, then invulnerability after revival to see which one is better.
