I think Skirmish 1.0 can be possible in all of these scenarios. The MCCs provide precision strikes and a spawn point. If the MCCs aren't available, you can't use the precision strikes or the spawn point.

I think it's a good idea, OP. But from what I can tell, the kind of information the attackers can get seems to be random. Instead of that, can they just choose what information they want?
