Yeah, I get it if you're really good with it then in pubs you can destroy terrible players, but in PC, they will scan you unless you're a heavily dampened gal scout with no tank, meaning if you do flank someone, they have an equal chance of beatin...

No. Shields are in a decent place right now. With 2 complex shields and an enhanced energizer and regulator, I get insane amounts of regen and short delays. However I cannot take sustained fire, which is working as intended.

I've beat so many shotgun scouts with the Tac AR and the standard AR (some were proto cloaked) that it's not even funny. Granted, I always move unpredictably whether I know I'm being stalked or not and try to watch my sit at every turn.
