Not actually any of those, but it is a Caldari suit.
I don't have it yet, but this is the end goal for my next suit.

I just played a match on my Caldari alt. Used an Advanced Caldari Sentinel with
1x Complex Shield Extender
1x Complex Shield Recharger
1x Complex Shield Energizer
1x Enhanced Shield Regulator
1x SB-39 Rail Rifle
1x SR-25 Bolt Pistol
1x Militia Locus Grenade
The suit has 689 shield and a 76 shield recharge rate. Yes it uses proto modules on an advanced suit but only costs just shy of 42k ISK. Went 24-1 with it in an Ambush OMS, only loss was to an HAV. No armor repair, but that's fine. I was sitting at <25% armor for awhile but my shield kept my safe.
Amarr are the good guys.

I use proto modules all the time on my caldari suits. It seems like a fine fit. I was gonna get advanced cal sent, but I couldn't decide if I should get adv minmatar (for the speed), or adv Gallente (to help my fellow logi get more WPs).
