I like sticky REs they make so many decorating options. My favourites are ceilings and rear bumper stickers to enemy tanks. I like leaving them on my LAVs too as an anti theft device.

It could be a data entry error and all vehicles have a dB of 15.0 Or the algorithm clocks at 150 and it treats it as zero. Swarms should be able to track based on dB and if you can passively scan it at say half you can target them including suits.
