playstyles are playstyles, just because a weak light frame uses something that medium frames use more often doesn't mean its OP, it just means that they aree using more tactics to be scout and kill you with

I saw a full squad of them, killed 4 with my rail rifle, but one got the drop on me and killed me. It's definitely OP.

I don't known how CCP has allowed them to run amuck unchecked for so long. Their consistently rising incompetence truly astounds me.
