I've been thinking about this a bit more. I still think this is a good idea. But I'd probably remove the recalling fee. A delivery fee would still be good for calling in vehicles by RDV Either as a % of vehicle cost, or by vehicle category.

Ambush (and the Dust 514 brand in general) are being ruined by six-man proto squads who continually run nothing but Ambush. There are not enough competitive full squads to ever balance this either, as ambush has the most solo players of the game...
