If swarms are made to require skill which generally means aim then the only way i can see it is that for the missiles to hit then they have to keep the lock on and if the target goes behind cover and you lose lock that is it and the missiles blow ...

So as far as i can tell the new DHAV is basically an Enforcer of old which did not work then and i think it will not work now. It is supposed to be a hard counter to the UHAV and deal a vast amount of damage in a short space of time but its down...
