Although, I think it would be wise to hand out 1 free respec token or sell respec tokens at a discount (of course depending on what a respec actually costs) at the release of 1.9. This could bring back vets. More vets in game = better game.

This is honestly a perfect way to respec. You need to pay (support the game) and you are only refunded 80% of skill book cost, which will be a few million ISK if you are a high SP player. Bigger penalty ISK wise depending on how many SP and skill...

Breach AR is not OP, its alot better though. Sad thing is that it overshadows the Tac AR if you dont mind the missing scope. Very good on gal commando with 1 complex light dmg mod.
