Logi suits, Logi LAV's. Oddly enough, the most egregious abusers of Logi Suits, usually murder taxi with Logi LAV's, while carrying proto flaylocks and contact grenades. It's like the triple crown of douche bag.

Dropships don't need a "buff", rather Logi LAV's much like Logi suits need to be severely hampered or removed altogether. Rarely are they used for their actual purpose, but have turned into a scrub player weapon.

Removing logis altogether doesn't appear that bad off. With the ability to now transfer isk from person to person, "running out of isk" isn't even a possibility anymore, given that you can run as many alts as you wish.
