Same argument as ramship vs ADS, groundwise . The tools are there, except countering such tactics is tough and require complete attention on the task. Most of the time , vehicle users have infantry kill farming as priority over vehicle countering.

Here's My theory you space pirates. The HMG spread was so bad at 30 m pre alpha, that stunlock worked against it. Now that its gone, more movement = more random hmg spread to run into
