Corps yes, planets no. Faction Warfare is first, that's taking planets for the faction you choose to fight for. Taking planets in null sec for your corp is later.

There's really no way to stop it without removing skill points from rep tool and in the future there will be more to getting an OB than WP alone,. So I say let them stay out of my way and farm, it doesn't bother me.
