CCP NEEDS to make a mandatory tutorial for all new players. The "Would you like to know more", the Text pop-ups- and the Video at the beginning do a terrible job at telling new player what to do. People just want to get in the game and shoot stuff...

Increasing the DMG to that of a submachine gun seems fair. Increasing the movement speed of heavies seems needed. Increasing the range seems fair. But I can see CCP giving the HMG too much range... again
