Lots of shields, lots of armour. You'll be getting hit a lot, so you may as well be able to take damage. Not sure about using a scout suit. When I play drunk I prefer a militia heavy or assault.

This is why I put all my SP into damage mods. Missiles, Mass Drivers, & Flaylocks may be nerfed, but with the right mods I can adapt and kick ass with any weapon. And I can enjoy some sweet tears from taking down ADV suits with my Exile rifle.
