I think so but its only if your squad has the flux capacitor in one of their low slots.. |

See, you use the alternate fire to shoot a ball of energy. If you shoot that ball with your primary fire, a gigantic ball of **** is created, turning everyone caught in the blast into meaty chunks. |

Isn't that what the SCR is?
You know, some guy comes after you and you blast them and they re-think what they are doing and retreat...
That sound like an Inhibitor Rifle to me. |
